Emergency Services and Personnel

Oostburg Ambulance averages 300 ambulance calls per year. We offer mutual aid to all ambulance services in Sheboygan County. With the implementation of MABAS (Mutual Aid Box Alarm System), Oostburg Ambulance is posed for multi-county and multi-state mutual aid. Last year we had 10 Mutual Aid Calls and stood by in Random Lake five times. We also had two Fire Stand-bys.

We also train for special events held in our area such as Farm Technology Days (2005); the PGA at Whistling Straits (2004, 2010, and 2015); and the US Women’s Open at Blackwolf Run (2012).

OA does not receive any tax dollars from any Villages or Townships we serve.

  • A second part time office employee was hired in 2003 – two office staff puts in over 2,200 hours per year
